By accessing and using the SportChum mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

SportChum is a mobile application that connects padel and tennis players, facilitates court bookings, match scheduling, and community building within the sports community.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
5. Court Bookings and Payments
Court bookings are subject to availability and venue policies. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Cancellation policies may apply and vary by venue.
